Dear users, you can register your return within 3 days of receiving your order if any of the following conditions occur:

Wrong item sent: If the book received does not match the title or specifications listed on the site.

 

1 .Damage during shipping: If the book arrives torn, wet, or with visible physical damage.

2. There are incomplete pages, faded printing, or printing errors in the book.

3. Problem with the digital version (if you purchased the file): If the purchased file does not open or is incomplete.

In these cases, our support team will review the request and make the necessary arrangements for replacement or refund.

How to send a return

If your request is approved, the book must be sent in its original packaging and without any new writing, labels, or damage.
The cost of re-sending the book in cases where the store is at fault (such as wrong delivery or damage) will be borne by the site.
However, if the reason for the return is due to the buyer changing their mind, the shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, the payment amount will be refunded to the buyer’s bank card within 3 to 5 business days.
If the user wishes, they can receive a purchase credit for future orders instead of a refund.

 Digital Book Returns

Due to the nature of digital versions (PDF, ePub, and other formats), once the file has been downloaded, there is no possibility of a return or refund, unless the received file has a technical problem and cannot be used.
In this case, our support is obliged to send you a healthy file or refund the money.
